Biography:
Lieutenant Hammond was hired as a maintenance employee in 1979 before becoming a Corrections Officer in 1985. He became a shift supervisor after being promoted to Sergeant in 1989. Lieutenant Hammond was promoted to Lieutenant in 1999. He is currently the Operations Lieutenant, overseeing all daily operations of the jail.
